  • Baechu : Chinese / Napa cabbage
  • Spring onion
  • Asian Radish
  • Carrot
  • Filtered water
  • Himalayan pink salt
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Onion
  • Chili
  • Pear
  • Rice
  • Dasima : dried sea kelp
  • Gochugaru : dried red chili powder

Vegan : No fish-sauce

Himalaya Pink Salt + Dasima (Dried Sea Kelp) : mountain rock salt from Himalaya has lower sodium and more minerals, but lack of iodine, so adding seaweed (dried, imported from Korea) in Kimchiso is our solution

Pogi Kimchi : half-cut cabbage makes better taste and texture, plus last longer, but it needs alot more care and work

* Store in cool shadowy place : best in refrigerator (1~5˚C) *
